Wonderful post, Marie. Sorry you were injured and didn't get the outcome you wanted, but I think you are amazing for powering through :)
You put into perfect words exactly how I feel about our clinic - and you're making me tear up at work! *sniff* You are awesome. Much love and quick healing vibes being sent to rock your next race!
So very moving. You're crazy-wonderful and a great clinic leader, mousearoo. It was your (and Sam's) sensible advice that had me taking some much-needed time off this summer and postponing my first HM. There will always be more races, but there's only one you. Congratulations on a heckuva race. It wasn't a PB but that's still in your future.Take care.signed eva, who prefers the term "avid athletic supporter" instead of stalker
say ass again. :)
You'd probably be quite surprised (and flattered) at just how many people you inspire. :)
awesome....I really miss being an instructor..for all its frustrations you summed up the plus amazingly.ass is a funny word as is kittens.
I'm sorry you are in pain but you rock for finishing! I probably would have too.
I was smiling the entire time I watched this...not only because you are so darn pretty, but because I think you are just great. So inspirational, so motivating, and so genuine. It's moments like this where I'm so excited that I know you in 'real life' and I will get to keep you in my real life...Even though, you were hurting, and probably SHOULD have stopped, the fact that you didn't, is just pretty amazing...I don't know if I should be saying that, but I'm just so proud of you, and I'm so happy that you were able to lead so many people to meet their goals, and be their inspiration. You are a VERY special woman Marie, and I am so happy to know you.
