Hi Marie, The problem with New Years Resolutions is that they tend to be vague wishes. 2009 has been a tough year for me, too. Here's to a New Year, a New Decade, and focusing on big goals, like family, friends, and a healthful lifestyle. Focusing on the positives is definately empowering.
