The picture was anything but good.
I’m so disgusted that I’m not posting it.
It is THAT ridiculous.
But I will post it next Monday next to that day’s weigh-in.

It's ok to fall down so long as you get back up. I'm rooting for you and I KNOW you can do it!
I'm a little ahead of you....I had my day of reckoning just after we climbed the beast! NOT pretty, struggled a bit the first week, now it feels right.....just doing what I know I need to do!
