Yeah, but he's just a hamster on a wheel....we get outside and can run through the gorgeous neighbourhoods of our cities, the great parks and along rivers. I meet a friend and run to Starbucks three 'hoods away. Then I can enjoy my grande, non-fat, no water, no foam Tazo chai guilt-free.
But yeah, I run so that I can indulge more! Of course, that may also explain the scale's recent stand still....
