I'm ashamed to admit but I've never made lasagna. I've helped my mom, and I know how to make one but just haven't.
Yours looks soo good that I might have to actually go make one for dinner this week.
Leftover lasagna...yummm! I think it's better than when it comes out the first time. You must get a microwave although you could freeze individual portions, then heat it back up in the oven for easy dinners. I wish I would have known you were cooking because I would have flown on up to Cananda for the occasion!!

I just did that on Sunday....now my freezer is full of lasagna.....
