Sometimes You Have to Suck it Up
And admit that you need help.
So off I went and joined meetings last night.
And it wasn't so scary after all.
Why?
Because the leader was the adorable Lindsay, a success story and board member who I have talked to online FOREVER but never met. Kind of like you guys :P
Jumping up on the scale in front of her was just about the easiest thing I have done.
And I'm not ashamed of the 168.6 that came back.
No, sir.
Why?
Because it's not staying around here for long :)

@amy NEVER. I've only done online so I was a bit worried about someone else knowing my weight, but it was LINDZ! She is TRULY amazing!

That's right! And neither is my extra weight. I'm thinking about popping into a meeting in the states next week before my definite return to UK meetings in mid-January. I too need the support.

hey there... congrats on going back to WW, i may visit a location soon myself... how did you like the in-person meeting? did you learn a lot about the new program? my prob is that i prefer to do it online but i also want to learn about the new program... decisions, decisions - just need to call... :)

I remember when Lindsay got picked for her success story back when I was still on the boards...that's fantastic Marie. It will be interesting to get your meetings perspective after being an online member for so long.
