The hard road ahead
Well, I was down 5.8 at my meeting last night bringing me to 162.8.
It's a GREAT thing, but I don't feel like celebrating it at all.
I fear that I will eat my face off in the coming week with all of the family gatherings that are to come this week and next.
I probably won't be around much in the coming week, but I want to wish everyone a happy and restful holiday.
Enjoy every last moment that you spend with family and friends, making memories to last you a lifetime.
hugs and kisses,
mouse

i think you will do fine over the holidays and 5.8 is quite the xmas present, if i do say so myself... enjoy the holidays and time-off... :)
Merry Christmas!!!
Congrats on the wonderful WI result.
Take good care of yourself and your family during this holiday season. The fantastic thing about a family like yours is that you're there to carry each other through everything. You are very blessed, indeed.
Warmest wishes for a very merry ChristMOUSE and a happy, healthy new year.
hugs and love,
Laura
That is an amazing loss! It'll give you a bit of a buffer in case you gain over the holidays (although I'm sure you won't!).
I was completely fearing holiday weight-gain too. And I happened to mention it to my trainer........he suggested I indulge (in moderation) until December 27th.
It is after all the Christmas season. And Christmas isn't complete with lovely traditions involving food.
Enjoy responsibly and in a guilt-free way. We all know we'll make up for it in 2009!!
Merry Christmas! :o)
Woah! Well, at least you've got some room for those extra holiday treats. It'll all balance out come the new year. Merry Holidays!!
Enjoy your family time this week, and take time to take care of yourself! Merry Christmouse to you.
I'm sure you're no stranger to being told this, but you're an incredible inspiration. :)
