I was joking about exercise in a pill THREE DAYS AGO. Look what is in the news NOW. sigh.

hey there! how are you? i actually referred to you in conversation tonight at a work happy hour when people were talking about half marathons that my friend from toronto was planning on coming to nyc, but didn't get into "the half". i sounded cool because of you.

oh, and the whole thing about needing to exercise to lose weight - yeah , right. i did freaking water aerobics for 9 months. i'm sorry, but when i was at my heaviest, i was doing shallow water where my feet touched the ground. then, once i had lost 30 lbs. i did deep water. even still, i did it 2 times a week. i obviously did not lose 85-ish pounds by doing water aerobics. and i haven't kept it off by working out since i haven't worked out since like mid-april. i'm not saying water aerobics isn't worthwhile, i'm just saying it wasn't that hard for me. so i am right there with you mouse.

I think I'll pass on the pills! I totally agree with you about not needing to exercise to lose weight though. When I first began losing weight I never exercised more than walking upstairs to go to bed at night. And I had no problem losing. I did exercise more later on because I felt better. I love it when people equate exercise to being able to eat a Big Mac!
