Take TWO!

and yes, under the buns and wraps is a FAMILY SIZE LASAGNA. My freezer is becoming a scary sight too. Whoever wants to come over for dinner on Tuesday is more than welcome. In fact, check my meal plan and invite yourself over any night this week :P

Holy good God woman. I hope that the weekly menu plan eventually repeats itself so you can eat up all the extra stuff!

Are you enjoying it so far?

I agree, I hope there is repitition so that it all gets eaten!!!

So far it's showing losses so that is awesome!!! (I actually scribbled a grocery list while reading your plan because it reminded me of some things i wanted!!)

Wow... are you sick of Blue Menu yet? :)

Congrats on the WI! :)

Amy -no, I haven't. It's the weekend after the Toronto Marathon (which I'm contemplating) so I doubt I will. Although, I could do the full there...hmmm

You want flat? Come do Scotia on Sept 28. I've already signed up. Only one little hill, which is actually an onramp/offramp to the gardiner.

Wow that IS a lot of food. I really should get more organized about shopping and meal planning--I'm running to the grocery store all the time. Maybe in the meantime I'll have to stop over at your house for dinner. Bit of a drive, but I'm sure it would be worth it!

Wow, definitely intended for people with families, huh. You might have to buy a chest freezer :)

Now I know why you call it the Digital Devil. I have the same one and it's a piece of crapola! I get on it one minute and the next it's showing me up down and everything but what it JUST showed me. I hate that stupid thing!

Congrats on the loss!!!
Looks like a ton of food.

are you enjoying it? and since your showing I assume the scale picture is a down from when you started, which rocks, how much down?

marie said...

.2 away from a pound, shirls. My other scale is showing me at 139.

I'm probably retaining water like a mofo though. After the stair climb on Saturday and a 12km run yesterday morning, I don't think my body likes me today.

I'll still take the loss. Gets me motivated to stick with it for the next three weeks.

I don't enjoy the storage factor of the food supplies at the moment. These boxes are redonkulous and my freezer is seriously at capacity. There are things that I want to eat again after the challenge, but I think I'm going to have to let Jeep at em because there's other things I'm going to have to purchase next week and the week after.

I'm really liking their bread though. Expect a GBU on their products at the end!

Ooooooh, your menu plan is yummy. Please fly me in from the UK so I can share that lasagne (my downfall!)
Wish we had PC in the UK - crappy choice of healthy food over here and it all REALLY expensive.

Ummmm, that counter looks a lot like my pantry, lol. I LOVE Blue Menu products, but I don't buy their bread. Not a bread fan and WW whole wheat is only a point for 2 slices, which rocks. Not sure about the higher sodium products either, like instant soup, but I DID print out 2 weeks of menus and may give this a try too. My 9yo is begging for some 'real' lasagna since I make eggplant and zucchini.
