...yeah, not so much. I have to go to a client in the far north end of the city, which means:
  • No running or gym this morning
  • Can't bring any food I have made for lunch
  • Going to be stressed, cranky, irritable
Let's hope no one gets hurt...and I don't chew off my arm. Who sets up appointments for 9 on a Monday, seriously?

mmm, i am in a similar boat this morning...driving 2 hrs north in a vehicle...no hot food (must eat before hand) and will pretty much take all day...

how many points for an arm??

Grrr. I hate when real life intervenes with good intentions.

Maybe it's a good day to focus on deep breaths and stress reduction, do the best you can, and don't worry about diet/exercise stuff that you have no control over.

Do you know how much I love your blog? No? Well let me tell you, I really love it (Kris and all)... Sometimes it's easy to think that everyone else has it all figured out... I so appreciate your honesty... It's nice to know that I'm not alone and I'm not the only one who gained a few over the Holidays...
