where the guy in army fatigues and a large pack about 3/4 of the size of him passed me? Yeah, that was my run this morning. The resolution run is a friendly run, as are most running room events, and it brings out an eclectic group of people including a few guys dressed like that and a guy in a very colourful sombrero. I tried to talk myself out of going this morning because I woke up with a killer headache, but my friend Julius knocked some sense into me and I got my lazy butt out of bed. And I'm glad I did. I was thrilled I ran into Christine who I did my clinics with though. She's a hoot and totally inspirational in her own right, although she doesn't think so because she's so damn humble. My time wasn't that great and rightfully so. I've been neglecting running, neglecting eating right and neglecting taking proper care of myself. But 29:09 is still respectable, just a far cry from the 26ish I'm used to. But it's good. It will help me write my resolutions for tomorrow. and help me nap today :P oh, and I'm sorry there are no pics. Team mouse are still nestled warmly in their beds. Lucky bastards.
