Slug - 2 Mouse - 0

Thanks for your comments ladies. I still feel a bit like arse. I did investigating and it appears it's NOT decaf, but I'm going to bring in coffee tomorrow to be sure. Perhaps it's all of the changes lately; the weather, my brother moving further away with my nieces in tow (with a DOG!!), our roomie keith away on a vacay in London and our house being ooooooooh so silent, no running schedule to fill five days of my week... I just NEED activities GOSH DARNIT! So it starts TODAY! ...although I was bad and didn't drag my butt in here today until 9:30, but that's not the point :P Today is my first Yoga for Runners class. Tres excited. Not so excited about the fact that they botched my registration about four times and the payment appears incorrectly on my credit card statement this month, so I think I may have to go early to make sure I'm still registered (and make a huge stink if I'm not), but I'm looking forward to stretching and relaxing and DOING SOMETHING every Thursday night for the next six weeks. But I still need more. Like last night when I decided to make the Weight Watchers mexican brown rice casserole at 10p.m. for something to do. Weird, I know. When did I become so freaking active? Or just really bored...

Yoga for Runners was fun - but I'm interested to hear how you like it! Why not plan to run the Miss Half so that you have a training plan all weekend. Alot of people say it is a good race.

there's a trade off, jen. I was here until about 7 last night.

sara - training for 'sauga would still start in the new year, no? ...a couple of months away :(

Darn that slug, slap it upside the head. Yoga for Runners sounds interesting -- let us know how it goes!
(Maybe these people handling the registration have been doing yoga a bit too much? They sound a bit over-relaxed.)

I always find Thursday nights to be a little lameo for exercise for me too... I'm checking out Step Bootcamp tonight since I was a sickie on Tuesday.

I miss yoga. I'm afraid to stretch things that I've worked so hard to heal! I'm working up the courage though!

I get into those ruts too where I just NEED something to keep me busy. I usually resort to trying new recipes, cleaning, crafting, scrapbooking. My goal for this year is to be more Martha (minus the jail time)

Yoga sounds like fun! hope you Love it!
