I never want to see another mini chocolate bar...

AGAIN! Oh wait...there's one on my desk! ACK! So I went trick or treating with my fave little princesses last night. Erin was Cinderella (although she told me she was a blue princess. I ♥ that kid) and Syd was Genevieve, one of the Barbie dancing princesses (I ♥ Mattel's marketing). I bought them Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty dolls instead of candy because I knew they were going to get enough loot last night... and boy did they. It's amazing how much candy people give out...and how much we buy...and how much gets left OVER! I bought 100 candy bars for my house last night and left them in the capable hands of my brother John and roomie Keith. ...I think they, along with their friends, ate more then the kiddies got. Same thing happened at my parents house. They were left with more candy then they knew what to do with. WHERE ARE THE CHILDREN?!?! But then we've got Syd and Erin lugging bags of treats bigger than them down the street. And I've got an Aero bar and a tootsie roll poking out of my bag from my mom's house because ALL of the candy *just* couldn't stay there. *sigh* maybe Kris is hungry.

I agree...no MORE CHOCOLATE!!!

That is smart of you to buy your neices dolls!! I didn't get that many kids and most of them were surly teenagers...it definitely isn't like when I was a kid and I got one piece per place...i gave out two pieces plus a mini bag of chips to each kid because I didn't want them in my house anymore (the treats, not the kids!)

We had 8 kids last night....8! And we planned for 100! It's weird! I ate so much chocolate last night that I didn't even want to eat breakfast this morning, but I did anyway because I was afraid I'd eat too much later on and the cycle would continue!

So now we have like what, a little better than a month before the christmas food industry comes for us?

Great idea buying them dolls! It sounds like they'll be eating candy for months without you having to contribute any more, haha.

It's kind of weird how few kids there were everywhere this year, eh?

Ack, tell me about it. I have a package of 100 mini chocolate bars and I am going to DESTROY them. I need to find somewhere to put them! Maybe the garbage...

I ate 5. 5 Mini chocolate bars. Worst part? I don't regret it that much! I enjoyed each and every bite!

I hear ya - it is so hard to not eat hallowe'en candy - I mean it is so small. How can 1 be bad - except for the fact that I've had 4 today! I must stop now!!!

I don't know how I did it, but somehow I escaped without a bite of Halloween candy this year. No one at the office had any, and when I went looking for discount sales yesterday I had no luck -- or actually, maybe I should say "I was lucky not to find any discount sales" :)

Glad you had so much fun with the little ladies!
