and my head is still wobbling...but my butt looks FAB

Yup. I'm not as young as I used to be. I took a trip to Canada's Wonderland on the park's last day of the season yesterday (stupid in it's own right because it was FRICKIN COLD. fast rides + cold temps + wind = er, dumb). But it just isn't smart for a girl who gets headaches at the drop of a hat. Or a girl who has an overeating problem. WHY MUST YOU TEMPT ME WITH FUNNEL CAKE?!?!?!? I was good though. I ate five whole fries and nothing more. BAH HA! Take that Mr. Amusement Park! The one thing I was super pleased with was the fact that I more than fit in ride seats now. The last time I was at wonderland was when this pic was taken. That was about 5 years ago on my birthday. I was at my previous low then of just under 200lbs but still filled out a seat pretty well. Why do I always have silly grins on my face when people take my picture? And what's up with my toes? Felt totally different sitting in them yesterday and having room in a seat, buckles being way too big, sitting comfortably next to somebody and seeing signs about rides not being able to accommodate people of larger body proportions (the political correctness of that shocked me a little). Now if I could just figure out how to walk out of there without a headache it would be superfantastic.

Brave brave woman! I think I'm getting wimpier the older and the smaller I get and don't think I'd even attempt one of those rides.

But I'd want to just sit in the seat to satisfy myself that I'm of proper weight and size to be able to if I want to! Yay!

I'm with angie--
No way am I gettin' on one of those things anymore. They scare me to death. In fact, the creepiest thing about them is the way the restraints don't really tighten down and feel very restrainy--so I'd be even more tempted by funnel cakes in order to feel as filled-out as possible.

I'm definitely getting old. The only rides I do anymore are the virtual-reality type where the seats bounce a little but you're not really going anywhere. Yes, I'm a wimp.

(Congrats on resisting Amusement Park Junk Food, though, that's quite an accomplishment!)

Funnel Cake

NI for funnel cake - keep in mind they put powdered sugar, strawberries and ice cream on top of it too.

Yeah I'm not a big Wonderland fan -I always leave with serious migraines too - so not worth it for me! MMMM funnel cake!

I get a lot of headaches like yourself though my doctor doesn't think I get migraines so he will not give me anything for them. Anyways, when I got to Canada's Wonderland I bring my drugs and lots of them...since I'm a roller coaster junkie and the Great Canadian Mind Buster should actually be called Great Canadian Headache Maker...but I cannot stay away!

Funnel Cake, OMG - CW is the only place I will eat it, haven't had in now in about 3 years. Next year though, with the Behemoth!

What the...?
I LOVE ROLLERCOASTERS!!! AND OTHER RIDICULOUS RIDES!!!
AND FUNNEL CAKE!!!

(although I will say, having "room" in one of those seats does make me a wee bit nervous...)

I love wonderland and I love funnel cakes even more!!!!!

It must have felt great to not worry about the seats. That is one goal of mine. I love rides and wanted to take my cousin this year but was 'afraid' I wouldn't fit. The last time I went it was a tight squeeze and that was before I gained the last 40lbs! As a result I didn't go. Next year I will go though and will not have to worry! You can bet on that!
