two wheels that disappear = one broken heart

there are thousands of bikes out there in the City of Toronto and you had to go and steal Jeepers'. What kind of schmuck are you? Do you know how giddy he was the day he brought his little red bike home? the goofy grin he gets when he rings the bell at me, even inside the house? how we yell "BI-CHICKLE" when we ride them down the street together on little adventures? how happy I was the one day I got to run beside him as he peddled away on it on the lakefront path? how it keeps him active and gets him around the city because we don't drive or have a car and it's much cheaper than a TTC pass (and better for the environment too!)? No - you didn't know about that. You just took his bike you evil twit and left FIVE others untouched. I hope the seat makes your ass sore, the tires pop on you and someone else steals the bike from you - you stole our weekend fun, asshat.

ohh no way! Why do people do these things.....???

Hopefully he can get another bike at a decent price soon.

That sucks, what can you do, a police report won't really do anything, will it?

Awww, that SUCKS :( I'm sorry to hear that Jeepers' bike got stolen. There's a bike outside my apartment building that's never locked up, want me to nab that one for ya?? ;)

Dude...thats ridiculous!!! I don't get people like that!!!

I hope he finds his bike (though it's Toronto) so I hope he can find another one that isn't too expensive...that really sucks!

Argggh, I hate to hear stuff like that. Is it too mean to hope the Jeepers-stealing-Creep totally wipes out and ends up with a bad case of Road Rash? 'Cause I kinda hope that.

Dude, that blows. Asshat is definitely the right terminology. I like crabby's suggestion of some major road rash... here's hoping!

Grrrrrrrrrr! K-a-r-m-a is all I can say (not for Jeepers, but for the THIEF!)

Report it, even if it doesn't help. If people don't report that stuff than there's no chance of finding it or people stopping doing it!

On a positive note, a friend of mine had his bike stolen and the police DID end up catching the thief and he got his bike back - but of course that wasn't in TO and that would make a difference for sure.

Bastard(s)!

Oh Marie, that is brutal. :( I feel for him; I've never lost mine (touch wood) but my boyfriend had his stolen outside my apartment once. It's a crappy, crappy feeling.

Where was it, do you know? They didn't do the 2x4 thing, did they? I haven't heard that being an issue this year, but the city never did double up all the post and rings like they promised, so I'm always afraid.

sorry. that really sucks.

but "BI-CHICKLE?" I totally laughed at that!

HI! I'm a new reader and visitor to your blog. I saw these shoes today and thought, who could get away with wearing these (and have a justifiable reason)?

I believe that person is you.
