run post-mortem

  • I couldn't find one of my running socks
  • then I couldn't find one of my long sleeve dri-fit shirts
  • my iPod died at the first corner
  • a bug flew in my eye at about 6km
  • shoes are really damn comfy
There is one tiny problem though. The iPod sensor won't stay in its little spot in the left shoe which made the last kilometre really uncomfortable. Looks like I'll have to take it out and put it on the outside. Otherwise, I'm a happy mouse :)

I bought a little pouch for my sensor from

Super cheap, and it came really fast in the mail.

how do you find the sensors work? Do you really like having it? It was a great running day yesterday it T., we ran in High Park and decided to keep going for an extra 15 minutes - I love those days!

Glad to hear the shoes passed the test!

so the new shoes rock, boo yeah baby! I keep my ipod sensor on the outside since I don't have the Nike shoes, the running room sells clips made especially for the sensors in like 4 different colors, blue, black, pink and I think orange for about 10 bucks, check it out:)

I continue to be amazed at all the things we have available to us in this day in age to assist in being active and lose weight! That Ipod thing rocks!
