This week I promise to...

  • make a date with hot yoga. I haven't been in a few weeks and with all of my pounding the pavement, my quads and hams could use the good stretch.
  • drink 2-3 L of water a day. I WILL STICK TO THIS. 1 L is half done already...WOOHOO.
  • not to snap on my coworkers when they stress me out. I have to remember that they're doing the best they can while Li is away and she did A LOT for us...
  • maybe bite the bullet and get a pedicure...maybe. I don't like people touching my feet, but they deserve some special treatment.
  • eat planned lunches and not be tempted to go out. greasy chinese is never a good thing :|
  • go jump in puddles at some point today for shits and giggles, perhaps annoying bay street suits.
  • remember that 1-100 calorie treat is ok - 2 is silly - 3 and I may as well have had a regular one :P

*laughs* those are pretty good goals for a Monday!!! Personally I am just sticking to the water and not snapping!!!! I think the only one I will accomplish is the water!!! GOOD LUCK! Enjoy your puddles!!!

hmmm it is that time of the year for a pedicure! I really dont like people touching my feet to much either, but that is just because the bottoms of my feet are insanely ticklelish (sp?), but after a long winter of having my feets in skates... they kinda deserve it too!! lol those 100 calorie packs are AMAZING! i bought the sun chips one last night and had the same kind of thoughts going through my head!!
Now go Drink some Water :)

Good point with the 100 calorie pack treats. I never thought of it that way. If I have more than one, I might as well have a regular portion. Marie, you so smart!
