ok, apparently it was a great weight...

I peeked today. *pauses to allow for wagging fingers and disapproving glares of those who do not believe in weighing themselves more than once a week* I know I shouldn't have but my scale showed 132 (when I weighed around 135 on Monday) Did I really have THAT much hair?! If I had known THAT I would have pulled a Britney Spears just before goal to lose those pesky 5lbs. SHEESH! oh, FYI - i may have to buy my very first blow dryer or flat iron it out daily now. My hair does NOT look right after I wash it and let it dry naturally. So much for being low maintenance. *sigh*

Ah, the dreaded first day after a hair cut...I hate that...but I usually don't like how the stylists style my hair...

Hm...I have heard of people shaving their legs and whatnot before wi...but I don't think they ever thought of shaving their heads...I think you might be on to something Marie! *laughs*

love the hair, i think you could totally pull off an ever shorter do - something chin-length, lots of layers, maybe some highlights... why not, have some fun... :-)

i love the hair! it looks really good! i can never get my hair to look even remotely the same after a hair cut, if i could just grow a 3rd arm to help in blow drying it...... and don't worry, i wi everyday!!!!

Word of advice--get a GOOD straightener if you're going to use it every day. I also agree with Jodi--go with some highlights next time just to mix it up!

awesome idea, maybe I should go bald to get these last 5 off... gotta seriously think about that one ;)

I think its funny what everyone's perception of low maintenance is... for me it without a doubt includes a hairdryer, more intense of a day includes a flat iron..

Ahhh, the wonders of the straightening iron! I don't have curly hair but I like using it anyway just to get everything under control and going in the same direction :) It's so much faster than a blowout -- maybe only 10 or 15 minutes in the morning, and I only do it every other day, max.

I'm with Pam though... if you get one I'd highly recommend a GOOD one. Mine is a CHI and it's wonderful -- because it gets extra hot you don't have to work so hard. (Very important for those of us on the verge of an RSI...)

Anyway, hope you find a way to get the hair under control. The first couple of days are always the worst, so maybe it will tame down on its own!

Darn, it sucks when a low maintenance hair cut turns out not to be! I'm sure it will work out fine though once you get into the swing of things!
