and this is why i don't like fruit

freakin apple stole my run...or maybe it was the nike + attachment for my iPod - I can't tell. Either way I'm PEEVED! I went out for my run last night and noticed something was a little off. It was only letting me choose 10km for distance or 30 minutes for time, custom or nothing else. I usually have a LOT more options than that. I didn't think much of it at the time because I usually choose 30 minutes. As I went along though, I didn't have my regular countdown in my ear of the time, so when I was a block away from home, I finally pulled out my iPod from the back of my coat and realized I had actually done 34 minutes instead of 30. No biggie, but it was slightly annoying. I went to download the information through iTunes to the nike+ site last night and *poof* the only run that got transferred over was Sunday's. Pardonie me? I synched you yesterday morning and you transferred Tuesday's run. Why is Sunday's suddenly new?!?! I treat you so well, dammit! I buy you a pretty little case, expensive little earphones and never drop you - Why you gotta do me wrong? So I browsed through the files on the lil thing like the computer geek I am (shhh! don't tell anyone) and it's not even showing yesterday's or the day before (yet the nike site is now, weird). No help on the forum except the ridiculous "unplug sensor, plug it back in, unplug it, plug in synch cable, hook it up to computer..." which actually got my settings back on my iPod but still no run data. GRRRRRRRRRRRR! Remind me why we let electronic gizmos rule our lives? and today I'm thankful my phone does not have a food name as well. Otherwise I might throw it out the window.

It's sounds like your relationship with your ipod is a tumultuous one. Perhaps some counselling may be in order...

On a brighter note, DAMN girl, you're kicking some pavement ass!! Keep up the awesome work!! :-)

HAHAAHAHA I don't like "fruit"!! It reminds me of that scene in Forrest Gump where he's like "invested in some fruit company" and the letterhead shows the Apple logo!

Sorry your iPod screwed you over :( Hope you get it fixed soon!!

And do you know what's really stupid? Is that you can't manually enter any runs onto the Nike site. I'm surprised that you can't! I'm lovin' my New Nike Training Kit. Used it for the first time last night for a 5K run. It's a neat little toy, can't believe it only costs 40 bucks.

Arg, that is frustrating. I'm a perfectionist so having a run missing from my beautiful graph would drive me absolutely insane too. Is there any way to enter data manually? :(
