HOT DAMN

i just came back from hot yoga...i have sweat on top of sweat....and i can wring out my shorts and probably come up with a half cup of water. IIIIIIIIIIIIICK. but i feel really damn good. I never feel this stretched out after the gym (granted, i never take the time to stretch so well) or sweat THIS much. Running tomorrow isn't going to be the same... but i think this might be a good thing to try once a week or every other week to stretch out, relax and hang out with cat (who didn't pass out this time! BIG victory for her!) I could do without the crazy ass mirrors there though. I saw fat I had never seen before today...or maybe that's the reason I never wear little shorts. Maybe I should be looking at that Bikini Countdown again....

i have wanted to try hot yoga for a long time but they don't have it around here. not a big fan of mirrors all over the place though. i don't need to inadvertantly look over my shoulder and have a "shelf" of my own back fat staring back at me!

Amen sista... i did it a few times. I found though, it really knocked me out. I went in the morning, and I was sleepy all day.

It is a great feeling, but I echo your thoughts on the mirror.

Say no to the Bikini Countdown! Lol. As hard as it must be it must feel good to sweat like that. Can you imagine how much weight you must have lost? Cool... or should I say "that's hot"!

I declined an offer to do Hot Yoga because I don't think I could handle the heat and the sweating! I absolutely hate sweating and have often said taht if I could have one wish come true, it would be that no matter what I do, I never sweat another day in my life.
